Withdrawal (Product Return)

1. The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
Withdrawal from a distance contract or a contract concluded outside business premises (applies to consumers).
2. Returns will not be accepted at the address from which they were shipped.

Complaints

1. The complaint must be submitted in writing to the seller or via email to customer service.
