Withdrawal from the contract (return of goods)
- The consumer may return the goods within 14 days without giving a reason and without incurring costs.

Complaints
- The complaint should be directed to the Seller in writing or via e-mail to the Customer Service Office.
- In the complaint, the User should provide his name and surname (name), correspondence address and specify the subject of the complaint.
- The seller within 14 days of receiving the complaint will respond to its content.
