Withdrawal from the contract (return of goods)

  1. The consumer may return the goods within 14 days without giving a reason and without incurring costs.
    Details in the regulations § 11. Withdrawal from a distance or off-premises contract (applies to the Consumer)


  1. The complaint should be directed to the Seller in writing or via e-mail to the Customer Service Office.
  2. In the complaint, the User should provide his name and surname (name), correspondence address and specify the subject of the complaint.
  3. The seller within 14 days of receiving the complaint will respond to its content.
